You are a former pastry chef, and now a writer. Was writing always what you wanted to do, or was being a pastry chef your original dream? Or something else entirely?

What made you leave being a pastry chef behind and start writing instead?

We were talking to the Master regarding beliefs and conditioning. All belief could possibly be said to the result of some conditioning. Thus, the study of history is simply the study of one system of beliefs disposing another and so on and so on, A psychologically tested belief of our time is that the central nervous system , which feeds its impulses to the brain, the conscious and sub-conscious, is unable to discern between the real and vividly imagined experience. If there is a difference, and most of us believe there is, For to examine these concepts requires tremendous energy and discipline. To allow the unknown to occur and to occur requires clarity. And when there is clarity there is no choice and when there is choice there is misery. My question is: what part does this play in your writing?

I'm celiac and would love to see more books with gluten free recipes available. Are there any included in your book? Would you consider publishing another book if not? FYI I'm a chocoholic too so that would be a good ingredient to include ;) (www.JoLinsdell.com)
